Medicaid Enrollment. Treatment Grantees shall enroll as a provider with Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) and all Medicaid Managed Care organizations in Grantee’s service region within the first quarter of this procurement term and maintain through the procurement term.

All licensed healthcare professionals and Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist must provide documentation of satisfactory enrollment in the Florida Medicaid program for their discipline. Providers must adhere to all Medicaid guidelines applicable to their Medicaid enrollment. Therapists must be dually enrolled in Medicaid and early steps as an early intervention provider. Re-enrollment: All enrolled early steps providers must re-enroll every three years to continue to provide services to children in early steps.

Medicaid Enrollment. 28 The Provider shall aggressively work to convert non-Medicaid individuals to 29 Medicaid status, including helping families to access health insurance coverage for 30 their children under the provisions of the Children's Health Insurance Program.
Medicaid Enrollment. The Network Service Provider shall enroll as a Medicaid provider. Exceptions to this requirement include instances where the Network Service Provider presents evidence that the services it renders under this contract are not payable by Medicaid or other circumstances approved by the Managing Entity.
Medicaid Enrollment. Service Providers will prepare and submit information on Members who are on Medicaid, or have a Medicaid deductible (spend down), to DHS workers in order for the Members to maintain their Medicaid status. For Members who were capable of maintaining their Medicaid status but lost it, the Authority will withhold from subsequent claims paid to the Service Provider responsible for assisting the Member, in most instances either their Clinically Responsible Service Provider (“CRSP”) or case manager, an amount of 10% for those Covered Services that were paid for with General Fund dollars during the time the Member lacked eligibility for Medicaid payment. Service Provider will be entitled to appeal the withhold under this section, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Medicaid Enrollment. If the Network Service Provider contracts in excess of $500,000.00 annually and renders substance abuse services, it shall enroll as a Medicaid provider.
