MEDIATORS, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION Sample Clauses

MEDIATORS, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. 27.1. Mediation is a process where a neutral third party facilitates negotiations between the parties to a dispute to help them come to an outcome that they can all agree on. We work with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution ("CEDR"), who we are willing to engage with to attempt to reach an agreement with you on the settlement, out of court, of any disputes we may have with you arising out of this Agreement, including complaints that could not be resolved by means of our complaint-handling system referred to in Clause 26. Although mediation is a voluntary process, you and we both agree to engage in good faith throughout any mediation attempts, and to also do so in accordance with the CEDR Model Mediation Procedure.
