MEDIA WARRANTY. If Symantec provides the Licensed Software to You on tangible media, Symantec warrants that the magnetic media upon which the Licensed Software is recorded will not be defective under normal use, for a period of ninety (90) days from delivery. Symantec will replace any defective media returned to Symantec within the warranty period at no charge to You. The above warranty is inapplicable in the event the Licensed Software media becomes defective due to unauthorized use of the Licensed Software. THE FOREGOING IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR SYMANTEC’S BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.

MEDIA WARRANTY. As the only warranty under this Agreement, and in the case of accident, abuse or misapplication, MSS warrants to the original Licensee only, that the disk(s) on which the software is recorded is free from defects in the materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of payment as evidenced by a copy of the payment receipt. MSS’s only obligation under this Agreement is, at MSS’s option, to either (a) return payment as evidenced by a copy of the receipt or (b) replace the disk that does not meet MSS’s limited warranty and which is returned to MSS with the copy of the receipt. Note: This media warranty does not apply to customers who have downloaded the Max Total Security online though MSS or its partner websites.
MEDIA WARRANTY. If Intel has delivered the Software on physical media, Intel warrants that the media is free of material physical defects for a period of ninety days after Intel's delivery. If such a defect is found, return support to Intel for replacement or alternative delivery of the Software as Intel may select. EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. In the event that you use the Software With a virtual (emulated) device designed to appear as an Intel component product, you acknowledge that Intel is neither the author nor the creator of the virtual (emulated) device. You understand and acknowledge that Intel makes no representations about the proper functioning of the Software when used with a virtual (emulated), (emulated) device, Intel did not design the Software to work in conjunction with the virtual (emulated) device, and that the Software may not be able to function properly along with the virtual (emulated) device. You agree to assume the risk that the Software will not function properly along with the virtual (emulated) device. You agree to indemnify and waive Intel and its directors, subsidiaries and affiliates against all claims, costs, damages and expenses, as well as reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of, directly or indirectly, any claim of product liability, personal injury or death associated with the use of the Software in conjunction with the virtual device (emulated), even if such claim alleges that Intel was negligent with respect to the design or manufacture of the Software. MEDIA WARRANTY. PeopleSoft warrants the Software media to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for ninety (90) days from the date the Software is shipped by PeopleSoft. In any breach of the foregoing warranty, and provided that Service Provider gives written notice thereof during the warranty period, Service Provider's sole and exclusive remedy shall be to require PeopleSoft to replace defective media returned within such warranty period.

MEDIA WARRANTY. In the event that any CD-ROMs, DVD’s, USB drives or other physical media through which Licensed Product is provided to Customer are damaged or defective upon receipt by Customer, Pearson will replace such physical media at Customer’s request. Fees will apply for subsequent replacement of damaged media.
MEDIA WARRANTY. Xxxxxxx.xxx warrants that for a period of ninety (90) days from the Effective Date the media used to store and deliver Software to GE shall be free from defects in manufacture and material. Should the media fail to be free of defects in manufacture or material during the ninety (90) day warranty period, Xxxxxxx.xxx shall replace the defective media. Defective media shipped to the Xxxxxxx.xxx with a shipping date within the 90 day warranty period will be replaced at no charge including shipping.
