Media Releases. A. Grantee shall not use System Agency’s name, logo, or other likeness in any press release, marketing material or other announcement without System Agency’s prior written approval. System Agency does not endorse any vendor, commodity, or service. Grantee is not authorized to make or participate in any media releases or public announcements pertaining to this Grant Agreement or the Services to which they relate without System Agency’s prior written consent, and then only in accordance with explicit written instruction from System Agency.

Media Releases. All media releases, public announcements, and public disclosures by either Party relating to this Contract or the subject matter of this Contract, including promotional or marketing material (both internal and external), but not including announcements intended solely for internal distribution or to meet legal or regulatory requirements beyond the reasonable control of the disclosing Party, shall be coordinated with and approved by the other Party prior to release.

However, Performing Agency will, if appropriate, acknowledge support received from the System Agency and/or other agency in any publication under 5.1(C) as revised by the UT System Supplemental Conditions to HHS Uniform Terms and Conditions – Governmental Entity.
Media Releases. News releases (including promotional literature and commercial advertisements) pertaining to the RFP and this Contract or the project to which it relates will not be made without prior approval by Xxxxxxx County, and only in accordance with the instructions from Xxxxxxx County
Media Releases. While negotiations are in progress, any release prepared for the news media shall be approved by both groups. In the event that either party declares impasse, this provision shall no longer be binding.
