Common use of Media fee Clause in Contracts

Media fee. 1. The monthly fee to be paid to the Landlord for the use of the Internet with the standard bandwidth provided by the Internet Service Provider and arranged by the Landlord as per § 14 is EUR Xxx including statutory value added tax ("Media fee"). The landlord collects the media fee in its own name but for the account of the Internet service provider with regard to the Internet use of the standard bandwidth by the user.
