(e) In the case of disagreement between the Parties as to the existence or extent of Force Majeure, the matter shall be settled according to Clause GC 8.

When located, the person sought shall be detained until the competent authorities of the Requested Party reach their decision. The legal and regulatory provisions in force with regard to the system defence plan and the restoration plan and any subsequent amendments thereto apply to the Parties. The [BRP] undertakes to immediately comply with all measures, as per the foregoing stipulations, of which it is notified by Xxxx by telephone and/or email in order to prevent and/or remedy emergency situations.
