MEASUREMENT OF PETROLEUM. 13.1 Petroleum used for internal consumption for Petroleum Operations, flared, saved and sold from the Contract Area shall be measured by methods and appliances generally accepted and customarily used in modern oilfield and petroleum industry practices and approved by the Management Committee and the Government.

MEASUREMENT OF PETROLEUM. (1) The volume and quality of Petroleum produced and saved from the Contract Area shall be measured by methods and appliances customarily used in good international petroleum industry practice and approved by the Minister.

MEASUREMENT OF PETROLEUM. 20.1 The Contractor shall measure the volume and quality of Total Production for each Exploitation Area at the Delivery Point and as necessary for compliance with Article 20.2, using measurement appliances and procedures in accordance with Good International Petroleum Industry Practice and the relevant development and production plan. Total Production measurement appliances shall be installed, maintained and operated by the Contractor. If the Contractor wishes to change said measurement appliances or procedures, the Contractor shall obtain prior written approval from the Authority. The Contractor shall periodically calibrate the measurement appliances and the period for calibration shall be agreed with the Authority.
MEASUREMENT OF PETROLEUM. 17.1 The petroleum produced in Petroleum Operations on the determined Exploitation Field(s) are measured through methods and devices generally accepted and customarily used in Good International Oilfield Practice, which are set by the verified Development and Production Plan. Hydrocarbons produced from the Exploitation Field shall be measured at the Measurement Point.

  • Measurement Should the State terminate this contract as herein provided, no fees other than fees due and payable at the time of termination shall thereafter be paid to the Engineer. In determining the value of the work performed by the Engineer prior to termination, the State shall be the sole judge. Compensation for work at termination will be based on a percentage of the work completed at that time. Should the State terminate this contract under paragraph (4) or (5) above, the Engineer shall not incur costs during the thirty-day notice period in excess of the amount incurred during the preceding thirty days.

  • Standards of Performance A. The standard of care for all professional and related services performed or furnished by Contractor under this Agreement will be the care and skill ordinarily used by members of Contractor’s profession practicing under similar conditions and circumstances and in a similar locality.

  • Standard of Performance Consultant represents and warrants that it has the qualifications, experience and facilities necessary to properly perform the services required under this Agreement in a thorough, competent and professional manner. Consultant shall at all times faithfully, competently and to the best of its ability, experience and talent, perform all services described herein. In meeting its obligations under this Agreement, Consultant shall employ, at a minimum, generally accepted standards and practices utilized by persons engaged in providing services similar to those required of Consultant under this Agreement.
