Common use of MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION Clause in Contracts

MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. Recipient shall allow independent third-party verification of Project performance and utilization under terms as may be established by the Trust. Recipient shall work in good faith with the Trust to develop a measurement and verification plan designed to assess the efficacy of the Project. Recipient shall conduct and cooperate in such auditing and reporting as may be necessary to assess performance of the Project and to provide information as may be necessary or useful for the Program.
