TO CONTINUE COVERAGE, KDOT AND THE ADDED OWNER/ OP ERATOR MUST CONTINUE TO IMPLEMENT THE STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN DEVELOPED FOR THE PERMITTED AREA AND KDOT CONTINUES TO PAY THE ANNUAL PERMIT FEE.
