Means of Cooperation. 1. Principal means of cooperation which have been identified by the Participants include:
Means of Cooperation. The cooperation between SPRK and ARKEP can be carried out through: • Exchange of information and documentation; • Exchange of experts; • Bilateral consultations; • Joint organization of technical workshops, seminars, study visits and training sessions; • Dissemination of best practices in the field of electronic communications regulation; • Missions of experts and joint working groups in innovative telecommunication services and technologies, and • Other forms of cooperation as may be mutually deemed appropriate. Where appropriate, the Parties shall coordinate their actions and positions at international regulatory forums and organizations related to the electronic communications sector. The cooperative activities carried out under this Memorandum of Understanding will be subject to the availability of funds and resources to the respective Parties.
