MEANING OF THE CONDITIONS. 2.1 The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the following meanings: • OPERATOR - Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx PR Internet shop and services Negotin from Article 1. 5, which processes personal data; • CUSTOMER - A natural person who uses the services of the platform to use the company's transport services. • COMPANY - A legal entity that provides services for the benefit of the customer; • USERS - Common name for the customer and the company • PLATFORM - Represents the Internet platform xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx, whose owner and administrator is Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx PR Internet shop and services Negotin, which conducts its business through the platform on the Internet • SERVICE - Services provided by the Platform, which consist in allowing customers and companies to create accounts on the Platform, through which they can establish a faster, easier and more efficient connection in order to establish a contractual relationship between Users in relation to services, that the Platform is not a party to the contractual relationship between the User; • ADMINISTRATOR - the person responsible for managing and editing the Platform and for interaction with users • SERVICE - Service provided by the carrier for the benefit of the customer; • LAW - Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette of the RS No 87 of 13 November 2018); • DSGVO - General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (2016/679); • CONSENT is any voluntary, firm, informed and unambiguous expression of the Customer's will by which the Customer makes a statement or clear positive action and consents to the processing of personal data concerning him.

  • Safe Conditions Whenever an employee reports a condition which the employee feels represents a violation of safety or health rules and regulations or which is an unreasonable hazard to persons or property, such conditions shall be promptly investigated. The appropriate administrator shall reply to the concern, in writing, if the employee's concern is communicated in writing.

  • Unsafe Conditions In accordance with 29 CFR § 1977, occasions might arise when an employee is confronted with a choice between not performing assigned tasks or subjecting himself/herself to serious injury or death arising from a hazardous condition at the workplace. If the employee, with no reasonable alternative, refuses in good faith to expose himself/herself to the dangerous condition, he/she would be protected against subsequent discrimination. The condition causing the employee's apprehension of death or injury must be of such a nature that a reasonable person, under the circumstances then confronting the employee, would conclude that there is a real danger of death or serious injury and that there is insufficient time, due to the urgency of the situation, to eliminate the danger by resorting to regular statutory enforcement channels. In addition, in such circumstances, the employee, where possible, must also have sought from his Employer, and been unable to obtain, a correction of the dangerous condition.

  • SUSPENSIVE CONDITIONS 18.1 The Contract is subject to the suspensive condition that the Purchaser obtains a loan in the amount reflected in clause 7 of the SCHEDULE, forming part of the Purchase price payable by the Purchaser to the Seller for the Property, from a bank or other financial institution, against the security of a first mortgage bond over the Property in favour of such bank or financial institution, such loan to be approved in writing by such bank or financial institution within the period stipulated in clause 9 of the SCHEDULE.

  • Other Unforeseen Conditions If unknown physical conditions are encountered at the Site that differ materially from those indicated in the Contract Documents, then the Contractor shall give notice to the Design Professional promptly before conditions are further disturbed, but in no event later than two business days after the first observance of the conditions. The Design Professional shall promptly investigate such conditions and, if they differ materially and cause an increase or decrease in the Contractor's cost or time required for performance of any part of the Work, the Design Professional may recommend an adjustment by Change Order to the Contract Sum or Contract Time, or both.
