Meal Period Compensation. 10.05 Employees working more than two (2) management-directed extra hours will be permitted to take a thirty (30) minute meal period if these hours are at the end of a regular work period. If taken, the employee will be paid for the meal period at the applicable overtime rate. Employees will be entitled to a thirty (30) minute meal period at intervals of five (5) hours beyond the end of the previous meal period.
Meal Period Compensation. (a) Overtime on a Normal Work Day Where the employee is required to do more than three (3) hours' work immediately before or immediately after the normal work period, he will be required to take a one-half (½) hour meal period.
