Meal Intervals. An employee shall not work more than 5 hours without taking an unpaid meal break of no less than 30 minutes. Subsequent meal breaks shall be taken as agreed between the employees concerned and the appropriate manager, provided that an employee should not be compelled to work beyond five hours without a meal break.
