Common use of Meal Breaks Clause in Contracts

Meal Breaks. 7.2.1 Where an employee is rostered to work at least 6 hours, on any one day, a meal break of no less than 30 minutes shall be available between the fourth and sixth hours after commencement of duty, and thereafter at intervals of no more than 6 hours.
