MEAL AND TEA BREAKS. 19.1 All employees Meal breaks will not be less than 30 minutes but will not be counted as time worked. Provided that where an Enrolled Nurse or Health Worker is called on duty during a mealtime the period worked will be counted in the ordinary working hours of duty.
