Common use of Meal and Rest Breaks Clause in Contracts

Meal and Rest Breaks. You are entitled to an unpaid meal break of 30 minutes, during any 10-hour shift. You are entitled to a paid rest period of 10 minutes, during any 10-hour shift. You are entitled to an additional 10 minute paid refreshment break during any 12-hour shift.
