Common use of Maximum Clause in Contracts

Maximum. A maximum of one hundred (100) continuous paid work days 40 may be received by a teacher in a school year or a total of one hundred (100) 41 days for any one illness or disability. Having used one hundred (100) days for any 42 one illness or disability and having returned to work, the teacher shall again become 43 eligible to draw days for the same illness or disability after a three (3) year 44 waiting period which shall begin with the date of returning to work.
