Maximum Withdrawal. The maximum number of days that shall be available for withdrawal for employee use in any one year shall not exceed the Bank's maximum capacity as defined in the above Section F, Maximum Capacity.

Maximum Withdrawal. The maximum number of days that can be granted by the Sick Leave Council per request is twenty five (25) days or the maximum number of days available for first through third year Sick Leave Bank members, as outlined below, whichever is less. A member who is eligible for additional days may reapply for more days as needed beyond twenty five (25) days. The maximum number of days that shall be available for individual certificated employee use in any one (1) school year shall be as outlined below:

  • Early Withdrawal Penalty When you open a CD, you agree to keep the principal on deposit with us for the term that you have selected. We will impose a substantial penalty if we permit you to withdraw any principal before the maturity date. The early withdrawal penalty will be one-half (½) the interest that would be due on the CD over the entire term of the CD, regardless of the length of time the funds remained on deposit, subject to the following limits. The minimum penalty is 7 days simple interest. The maximum penalty is 270 days of compound interest. It is possible that all or part of the penalty will be deducted from principal. No early withdrawal penalty will be assessed if the withdrawal is made because of your death or a court determination of your legal incompetence.   • Early Withdrawal Penalties The Term Certificate Account will mature on the Maturity Date set forth in the Certificate. The Credit Union will terminate the Term Certificate Account and impose a penalty on the entire balance of the account if a withdrawal of principal is made prior to the Maturity Date. If the Term Certificate has a term to maturity equal to or less than one (1) year, the penalty imposed will equal ninety (90) days of dividends, whether or not earned. If the Term Certificate has a term to maturity greater than one (1) year, the penalty imposed will equal 180 days of dividends, whether or not earned. In accordance with Federal Reserve Board Regulations, the Credit Union may charge an early withdrawal penalty of seven (7) days dividends on amounts withdrawn within the first six (6) days after deposit or automatic renewal. Early withdrawal penalties will not apply to:

  • Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status.

  • Right of withdrawal If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the User Agreement without giving any reason and without penalty within 14 days of your account being opened. To do so, you must, within these 14 days, follow the process to close your account which will end the User Agreement. PayPal thinks consumers should have the choice to use our services or not so we don’t lock you into a contract. This is why, in addition to these mandatory rights, even after 14 days, you can end your agreement by closing your account. By making use of our services during the 14-day withdrawal period you require our services to be provided before the end of the 14-day right of withdrawal period. You will have to pay fees for the services you used (including during the 14-day withdrawal period) up until you close your account and withdraw your balance, if any. All pending transactions will be cancelled when you close your account. See the section “Closing your PayPal account” in the User Agreement for more details.
