Transportation Costs The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.
Transportation Expenses (a) When an employee is required to report for work and reports under the conditions described in paragraphs 28.05(c), and 28.06(a), and is required to use transportation services other than normal public transportation services, the employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred as follows:

Shipping Costs All items must be bid Freight On Board Destination (hereinafter FOB). This does not include hardware items being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Actual shipping costs will apply to items shipped Alaska or Hawaii.
Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy. Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or at any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of thirty-five cents cents) per mile (to a maximum of fourteen dollars or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare.
Termination Costs If a Party elects to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Article 2.3.1 above, the terminating Party shall pay all costs incurred (including any cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts for Attachment Facilities and equipment) or charges assessed by the other Parties, as of the date of the other Parties’ receipt of such notice of termination, that are the responsibility of the terminating Party under this Agreement. In the event of termination by a Party, all Parties shall use commercially Reasonable Efforts to mitigate the costs, damages and charges arising as a consequence of termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, unless otherwise ordered or approved by FERC:
First Aid Expenses We will pay expenses for first aid to others in- curred by an "insured" for "bodily injury" covered under this policy. We will not pay for first aid to an "insured".
Transportation Charges The cost of transporting Employees and Material necessary for the Mining Operations.
Collection Costs In the event collection efforts are required to obtain payment on this Account, to the extent permitted by law, You agree to pay all court costs, private process server fees, investigation fees or other costs incurred in collection and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in the course of collecting any amounts owed under this Agreement or in the recovery of any Collateral.
