Maximum Subaward Sum. 5.1.2.1.1 During the term of this Subaward, Subrecipient shall receive funding for providing the Services outlined in this Subaward ("Subaward Sum" or "Maximum Subaward Sum"). The Maximum Subaward Sum for this Subaward is $[@ Maximum Contract Sum @]. In the event that County exercises its option to extend the Subaward term, Subaward Sum shall be allocated to Subrecipient on an annual basis for each Fiscal (or Program) Year that this Subaward is extended ("Maximum Annual Subaward Sum").   • Lower Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with a lower salary range will be paid an amount equal to his or her current salary, provided it is within the salary range of the new position. In those cases where the employee’s current salary exceeds the maximum amount of the salary range for the new position, the employee will be compensated at the maximum salary of the new salary range.

  • Maximum Compensation There is a maximum compensation for this Agreement and a separate maximum compensation for each Approved Service Order.
