Maximum Payout. In case the Insured Person's Hospitalisation covers Hospital Daily Cash Benefit or ICU Daily Cash Benefit or Accident Daily Cash Benefit or combination of these, the highest of the Daily Cash Amount applicable will be paid in respect of each and every completed day depending on the type of Hospitalisation (Illness/ ICU/ Accident). There will be no cumulative payout under these 3 Benefits and only the highest of the payout applicable will be paid.

Maximum Payout. At no time shall the total amount paid out by the School District for early retirement incentive pay in any one (1) year exceed a total of $30,000. Application for early retirement incentive pay shall be allowed on a first come first served basis.

  • Maximum Payments Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to establish or require the payment of a rate of interest or other charges in excess of the maximum permitted by applicable law. In the event that the rate of interest required to be paid or other charges hereunder exceed the maximum permitted by such law, any payments in excess of such maximum shall be credited against amounts owed by the Borrower to the Holder and thus refunded to the Borrower.

  • Minimum Payments If the Executive’s Termination Date occurs during the Agreement Term for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the following payments, in addition to any payments or benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 5 (other than this paragraph 5(a)) or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law:

  • Quarterly Bonus The Employee shall be eligible to be paid a quarterly bonus earned in accordance with the terms set forth on Exhibit 3.2.

  • Annual Performance Bonus In the discretion of the Company's Compensation Committee, the Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus payable in cash for each full or partial fiscal year of the Company during the Employment Period in accordance with the Company's performance-based bonus program for Executive Officers.

  • Performance Bonuses The Executive will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus at an annualized rate of up to 40% of his base salary, based on the achievement of reasonable individual and Company performance targets to be established by the Company and Parent.

  • Payout At the commencement of the period of leave, the College shall pay to the participant the moneys standing to his/her credit less any premiums or contributions deducted for the year, except as may otherwise be mutually agreed, it being understood that interest is not earned for the period of leave.

  • Target Bonus For purposes of this Agreement, “Target Bonus” means the assigned bonus target for the Executive under any short-term incentive plan(s) of the Company, multiplied by his or her base salary, for the relevant fiscal year.   • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.
