Common use of MAXIMUM OBLIGATION Clause in Contracts

MAXIMUM OBLIGATION. 32 A. The Total Aggregate Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance 33 with this Agreement, and the separate Aggregate Maximum Obligations for each period under this 34 Agreement, are as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement, except as allowed 35 for in Subparagraph B. below.

MAXIMUM OBLIGATION. 32 29 A. The Total Aggregate Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance 33 with this 30 Agreement, and the separate Aggregate Maximum Obligations for each period under this 34 Agreement, are as 31 specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement, except as allowed 35 for in 32 Subparagraph B. below.

MAXIMUM OBLIGATION. 32 35 A. The Total Aggregate Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance 33 36 with this Agreement, and the separate Aggregate Maximum Obligations for each period under this 34 Agreement, are 37 as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement, except as allowed 35 for in Subparagraph B. below. This specific Agreement with 1 CONTRACTOR is only one of several agreements to which this Aggregate Maximum Obligation 2 applies. It therefore is understood by the Parties that reimbursement to CONTRACTOR will be only a 3 fraction of these Aggregate Maximum Obligations.

The Total Aggregate Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance 33 with 36 this Agreement, and the separate Aggregate Maximum Obligations for each period under this 34 37 Agreement, are as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement, except as allowed 35 1 for in Subparagraph B. below.

The Total Aggregate Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance 33 with 26 this Agreement, and the separate Aggregate Maximum Obligations for each period under this 34 27 Agreement, are as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement, except as allowed 35 for in Subparagraph B. below.
