Maximum number of Advances. (a) No Borrower may deliver a Utilisation Request if as a result of the proposed Utilisation more than 10 Advances would be outstanding.

Maximum number of Advances. (a) A Borrower may not deliver a Utilisation Request if, as a result of the proposed Utilisation, more than 10 Advances (other than Swingline Advances) would be outstanding or, in the case of Swingline Advances if, as a result of the proposed Utilisation, more than 10 Swingline Advances would be outstanding.
