Maximum Credit Limit. We will from time to time notify you of the maximum amount of credit which we will extend you under this Agreement. A portion of your credit limit, called the cash advance limit, will be available for cash advances. We may increase or decrease the credit limit or cash advance limit at anytime. The cash advance limit will be shown on your monthly statement. We will not be responsible for failing to extend credit to you under this Agreement. You agree not to allow the balance on your account to go over the maximum credit limit. We will not extend credit if: • The extension of credit would cause the balance of your account to exceed your credit limit or if the balance of your account already exceeds your credit limit, or • Anything has happened that allows us to declare your account in default and therefore immediately due, or • Your Card has been canceled or suspended, or • Your Card has expired. If we do extend credit under any of the conditions above, it will be covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement. We may delay extending credit if you have previously sent us a payment check or other negotiable instrument which has been returned as unpaid for any reason.

Maximum Credit Limit. Your Maximum Credit Limit will appear on the folder in which you receive your Card and on your monthly statement. The credit limit is based on your creditworthiness and our underwriting standards. At our discretion, we may change your credit limit at any time, and may provide separate limits for purchases and for cash advances. We will notify you if we do, either by mail or through your monthly billing statement. You may request a change to your credit limit by contacting the Credit Union by telephone or mail. Your continued use of the card will show your agreement to any such increase. If you object to an increase in your credit limit, you must notify the Credit Union in writing. Upon receipt of such notice, your credit limit will be reduced to its prior limit; however, you will be responsible to pay any amounts by which you have exceeded the reduced limit. You agree to pay any amounts you owe that exceed your maximum credit balance upon demand. You agree we are not obligated to extend to you credit for any amount that would cause your outstanding balance to exceed your Maximum Credit Limit, or for any amount if your outstanding balance already exceeds your Maximum Credit Limit. Any increase in your Maximum Credit Limit requested by you will require you to make a new application for our approval. In assessing your credit limit under the provisions in this Section (either at our discretion or upon request): (a) we may and you authorize us to review your credit history, including consumer credit reports; (b) you authorize us to have this review made by third parties to determine whether you meet the criteria we have set for such an increase; and (c) this process shall not be pre- screening under the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other applicable laws or regulations based on our existing relationship and this Agreement. ATM and Over-the-Counter Cash Advance Limits. Advances at authorized ATM's are limited to a total of $500.00 during any 24-hour period. Over-the Counter cash advances are limited to three per day and based on your credit limit.
Maximum Credit Limit. The term “Maximum Credit Limit” has the meaning provided in Section 2.1 below.

I also agree that you are not obligated to pay any Advance or other charge against my Account that would make my Account Outstanding Balance exceed my Maximum Credit Limit. I agree to immediately repay, upon demand, any Outstanding Balance that exceeds the Maximum Credit Limit established hereunder. Any increases in my Maximum Credit Limit I request will require that a new application be approved in accordance with your then applicable underwriting standards and I must sign any additional agreements that in your opinion are necessary to secure your interest.

Maximum Credit Limit. You will provide me with notice of my maximum credit limit, and I agree you may change my limit at any time. You may limit the amount of Cash that I may obtain from my Account to a portion of my maximum credit limit. I agree never to use my Card when the use will exceed my maximum credit limit. I also agree that you are not obligated to extend to me credit for an amount that would make my outstanding balance exceed my maximum credit limit or for any amount if my outstanding balance is already over the maximum credit limit. Any increases in my maximum credit limit I request will require that I make a written application for your approval. I will pay any amounts which exceed my maximum credit limit upon demand. You may re-evaluate my financial condition if I request a higher credit limit, or at any other time, and this may include obtaining a current credit bureau report, and/or asking me for current financial information. Based on such a review, you may immediately increase or reduce my credit limit or even revoke my Account without prior written notice.

  • CREDIT LIMIT 1. The Allocation Platform shall calculate and continuously update the Credit Limit of each Registered Participant in respect of each subsequent Auction. The Credit Limit shall be equal to the amount of the collaterals in place minus any outstanding payment obligations. In case of a Bank Guarantee such Bank Guarantee shall be only considered if the requirements in Article 20 related to its validity for the respective Auction are fulfilled. The Allocation Platform shall make this information available to each Registered Participant individually through the Auction Tool.
