Maximum Contribution. If and to the extent any provision of this Article 8 is unenforceable for any reason, the Indemnifying Party shall make the maximum contribution to the payment and satisfaction of any Loss (subject to all applicable limitations, deductibles, caps and other restrictions in this Agreement) for which indemnification is provided for in this Article 8 that is permissible under applicable legal requirements.
