(c) A Claim will not be enforceable against either Seller and is to be taken for all purposes to have been withdrawn unless, within 6 months of the date the Buyer is required to notify the Sellers of the Claim under clause 8.4(a), the Buyer has issued or served legal proceedings against the relevant Seller in respect of the Claim. 8.5
