Maximum Amount of Time Off With Pay. (1) Continuous Service If either military training duty leave or military duty on account of civil disturbance is limited to a single period during the calendar year, then such leave shall be granted with pay not to exceed fifteen (15) successive calendar days (including Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays) during a calendar year.

  • Maximum Amount In consideration of the services to be performed by Contractor, the State agrees to pay Contractor, in accordance with the payment provisions specified in Attachment B, a sum not to exceed $250,000.00.

  • Approved Leave of Absence With Pay During Vacation When an employee is qualified for bereavement leave, sick leave or any other approved leave with pay during her vacation period, there shall be no deduction from the vacation credits for such leave. In the case of sick leave, this section shall only apply when the period of illness or injury is in excess of two (2) days and a note from a physician may be required. The period of vacation so displaced shall be taken at a mutually agreed time.
