Common use of Maximum Allowable Leave Clause in Contracts

Maximum Allowable Leave. It is understood that the maximum allowable leave or combination of leave entitlements pursuant to this Article shall be fifty-two (52) continuous weeks or the maximum permitted by Employment Insurance.
