Whenever such a program has been approved by the City Manager, the City Manager may allow the employee to accumulate a maximum of 640 hours of general leave credit. Notwithstanding Articles IV, V, or VI and solely for the purposes of this subsection, any employee may establish a sick leave bank subject to City Manager approval.
