Matters to be negotiated. The matters relating to the terms of employment that the Ministry will negotiate with the new employer will be those set out in this written contract of employment and, for the avoidance of doubt, will not include any matters contained in Ministry policies or any other discretionary benefits of employment.

Matters to be negotiated. The matters relating to the terms and conditions of employment that Oranga Tamariki will negotiate with the new employer will be those set out in this written contract of employment and, for the avoidance of doubt, will not include any matters contained in Oranga Tamariki policies or any other discretionary benefits of employment.
Matters to be negotiated. The process for discussing and negotiating these matters will include a meeting between ACC and the new employer. Such a meeting will occur during the restructure negotiations, prior to any decisions being made. As part of the process, affected employees and their unions will be advised of such a meeting within a reasonable time frame prior to the meeting taking place. At this time, information regarding the attendees, agenda and the method the parties anticipate using to reach an agreement will be made available to the affected employees and their union. Following the meeting, ACC will report back to the affected employees and their union, sharing the outcome of the meeting that relates to the affected employees. Throughout this process, ACC will endeavour to comply with their statutory obligations of good faith and consultation.

  • Terms and Reopening Negotiations This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to P.E.L.R.A. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations for the next Agreement more than 90 days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

My Credit Union will not unreasonably restrict me from the use of any funds subject to dispute, if it is reasonably evident that I did not contribute to the problem or unauthorized transaction. My Credit Union will respond to my report of a problem or unauthorized transaction within 10 business days and will indicate what reimbursement, if any, will be made for any loss incurred by me. Reimbursement will be made for losses from a problem or unauthorized use in this time frame if it is evident that I did not contribute knowingly to the problem or unauthorized transaction and that I took reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of my PIN or Passcode. An extension of the 10-day limit may be necessary if my Credit Union requires me to provide a written statement or affidavit to aid its investigation.
