MATTERS NOT COVERED. 35.1 The parties agree that by mutual consent they will consult and negotiate on matters not covered by this Agreement, which are proper subjects for collective bargaining.
MATTERS NOT COVERED. With respect to matters not covered by this Agreement which are proper subjects for collective bargaining, the Board agrees that it will make no changes without appropriate prior consultation and negotiation with the Union.
MATTERS NOT COVERED. The parties agree that all negotiable items have been discussed during the negotiations leading to this Agreement and that no additional negotiations on this Agreement will be conducted on any item, whether contained herein or not, except as provided herein or by mutual consent.
MATTERS NOT COVERED. With regard to matters not covered by this Agreement which are terms and conditions of employment for teachers, the Board shall make no changes which are inconsistent with or in violation of any terms of this Agreement or provisions of PELRA.
MATTERS NOT COVERED. 4.1 With respect to matters not covered by this contract, or by other mutual understandings resulting from the negotiations of said contract, or by the written policies or by established procedures in effect as of February 28, 1995, and which are proper subjects for collective bargaining, the parties agree that they will make no changes without appropriate prior mutual consultation and negotiation.
MATTERS NOT COVERED. 16-1 Both Parties agree that matters not covered in this Contract, if any, shall be specified in a supplementary agreement hereto to be executed by both Parties through friendly negotiation.
MATTERS NOT COVERED. Any dispute (as defined in the Labour Code of British Columbia Act) with respect to matters not covered by the terms of this Agreement shall be the subject of collective bargaining between the Association and the City.
MATTERS NOT COVERED. Any decision concerning a matter not specifically covered by this Agreement, on subject matters reasonably inferable from the terms of this Agreement, shall rest solely within the reasonable discretion of the Director, acting by and on behalf of the Department and the City.
MATTERS NOT COVERED. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be settled by the Parties through consultation, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of China.
MATTERS NOT COVERED. 5.01 Matters not expressly covered by this Agreement which are proper subjects for collective bargaining shall not be affected by this Agreement. All mandatory customs, agreements, procedures, and personnel policies observed and recognized during previous years, whether subject to formal agreements or not, between the City and the personnel comprising WPPA/LEER, and not specifically covered by this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
