However, it is recognized that this process is intended for the sharing of ideas and information at the earliest possible time and as such operational initiatives and customer service issues including hours of operation, and matters pertaining to issues related to mergers and acquisitions are generally seen as appropriate topics for discussion.

Matters for Discussion. (1) If there is a matter not provided for in this Agreement or a question arises regarding a provision of this Agreement, Lessor and Lxxxxx shall discuss and decide on such matter from time to time.

Matters for Discussion. The Committee will meet at least once every two (2) months or on other occasions if mutually agreed, to discuss issues such as working conditions, policies affecting conditions of employment or working conditions not covered by this Agreement, and like matters of mutual interest. The discussions are meant to be meaningful and constructive.

Matters for Discussion. 1. Any doubts over the interpretation of matters in this Agreement shall be discussed and resolved by Applicant and DEGICA, and the same will apply to amendments to matters in the Agreement.
