  • SERVICES COVERED 63.1 To the extent required by Applicable Law and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CLEC will interconnect its network with CenturyLink’s network for the transmission, routing and termination of Local Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic, IntraLATA LEC Toll Traffic, Local and Toll VoIP- PSTN Traffic, Transit Traffic and Jointly Provided Switched Access Service Traffic.   • PROGRAMS COVERED 4.1 The State's threshold and its major Federal assistance programs shall be determined based on the Single Audit for fiscal year ending 06/30/2020.
