Matters Applicable to All Requests for Compensation. (a) A certificate of the Administrative Agent or any Lender claiming compensation under this Article III and setting forth the basis for such claim and a calculation of the additional amount or amounts to be paid to it hereunder shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.
