The CONTRACTOR shall:: Ensure all Members and their infants receive risk appropriate Medical and Referral Services. Be Responsible for inpatient hospital claims billed on the Facility Claim Form that include both a cesarean section and sterilization. Be responsible for the Care Management and Coordination of maternity benefits and services (i.e., continuity of care, transfers, and payment), as stipulated with Section 4 and 5 of this Contract.
