Material Reductions. None of the parties to any of the contracts identified in the INT'X.xxx Disclosure Schedule pursuant to Section 3.14 have terminated, or in any way expressed in writing to INT'X.xxx or any Subsidiary an intent to reduce or terminate the amount of its business with INT'X.xxx or any Subsidiary in the future.

Material Reductions.
