Material Available. The material is available to Department of Defense (DoD) manufacturers with valid DoD contracts requiring expedited delivery. Specific products (shapes, forms, sizes) are produced from established intermediate products (ingots and billets) and are shipped within the maximum lead-time. Lead-time may be less depending on the final product required. The listed application is for reference and material may be released for other applications. Terms Material pricing is per suppliers existing contract(s) with Latrobe or at Latrobe standard pricing (for those without an existing contract). No premium fees shall apply for using the buffer. All material releases are on a Latrobe-to-vendor basis. The Contractor shall fund the replenishment and/ or reconstitution of the buffer materials with funds obtained from these Business-to-Business orders.   • Product Availability Under no circumstances shall Company be responsible to Representative or anyone else for its failure to fill accepted orders, or for its delay in filling accepted orders, when such failure or delay is due to strike, accident, labor trouble, acts of nature, freight embargo, war, civil disturbance, vendor problems or any cause beyond Company's reasonable control.

  • RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.

  • How Do I Correct an Excess Contribution? If you make a contribution in excess of your allowable maximum, you may correct the excess contribution and avoid the 6% penalty tax for that year by withdrawing the excess contribution and its earnings on or before the date, including extensions, for filing your tax return for the tax year for which the contribution was made (generally October 15th). Any earnings on the withdrawn excess contribution may also be subject to the 10% early distribution penalty tax if you are under age 59½. In addition, although you will still owe penalty taxes for one or more years, excess contributions may be withdrawn after the time for filing your tax return.   • Insurance Availability The teacher will be given an opportunity to continue insurance coverage in the school insurance program during the leave of absence, but will be required to pay all premiums connected with this coverage. All premiums must be paid in advance of the month due. Such premiums shall be prorated on an annual basis from August to August. Teachers initiating leaves of absence shall be charged the prorated amounts during the school year in which their leave begins. As leaves of absence extend into the next school year, the teacher will be expected to pay full premiums.

  • High Availability Registry Operator will conduct its operations using network and geographically diverse, redundant servers (including network-­‐level redundancy, end-­‐node level redundancy and the implementation of a load balancing scheme where applicable) to ensure continued operation in the case of technical failure (widespread or local), or an extraordinary occurrence or circumstance beyond the control of the Registry Operator. Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available at all times to respond to extraordinary occurrences.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Employee Availability (a) An Employee designated for standby duty shall be available during her period of standby duty at a known telephone number or pager number and be able to report for duty as quickly as possible if called.

  • Complete Loss When CenturyLink is unable to recover data as discussed in this Section, estimated message and minute volumes for each loss consisting of an entire AMA tape or entire data volume due to its loss prior to or during processing, lost after receipt, demagnetized before processing, receipt of a blank or unreadable tape, or lost for other causes, shall be reported.

  • General Availability The commitment to availability specified in the letter of appointment shall be subject to mutually acceptable revision. Such revision will occur once per year, or, if mutually agreed between the Employer and the employee, on a more frequent basis. The Employer will issue a revised letter of appointment to reflect approved changes to employee’s general availability.
