Common use of Match Funds Clause in Contracts

Match Funds. The goal of this subtask is to ensure that the Recipient obtains any match funds planned for this Agreement and applies them to the Agreement during the Agreement term. While the costs to obtain and document match funds are not reimbursable under this Agreement, the Recipient may spend match funds for this task.
