Master Sick Bank. The funding of the Master Sick Bank shall be as follows:
Master Sick Bank. 1. The Sick Bank may accumulate up to two hundred (200) days of sick leave. Any teacher, upon majority decision of the Committee, may draw sick leave from the bank up to thirty (30) days of leave in a school year.   • Sick Bank The purpose of the Sick Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) is to provide sick leave to contributors to the Bank after their accumulated leave has been exhausted and, more specifically, to provide such leave from the Bank in cases of prolonged illnesses. The Bank rules and guidelines are as follows:

  • Vehicle Insurance You shall, at your own expense, maintain business motor vehicle liability insurance (“Vehicle Insurance”), including coverage for loading and unloading Equipment and hired motor vehicle physical damage insurance, covering owned, non-owned, hired and rented vehicles, including utility vehicles such as trailers. Coverage for physical damage shall include “comprehensive” and “collision” coverage. We shall be named as an additional insured with respect to the liability coverage, and as a loss payee with respect to the physical damage coverage. The Vehicle Insurance shall also include coverage for pollution caused by any vehicles. The Vehicle Insurance shall provide not less than $1,000,000 in combined single limits liability coverage and actual cash value for physical damage and shall provide that said insurance is primary coverage with respect to all insureds, the limits of which must be exhausted before any obligation arises under our insurance.

  • MANAGING AGENT The Seller will be entitled to appoint the first Managing Agent, which appointment shall be valid and binding on the Body Corporate for a period of 1 (one) year after the date of the first annual general meeting of the Body Corporate, provided that such appointment complies with section 6(2) of the Rules. Insofar as it may be necessary, the Purchaser hereby grants the Seller the irrevocable power to make such appointment.
