Master Rotations. (a) A copy of all master rotations will be provided to the Bargaining Unit President.
Master Rotations. (a) Each Unit, except those units where self-scheduling is implemented will have a master schedule, with a copy provided to the Bargaining Unit President.
Master Rotations. (a) Master rotations will not be changed without the agreement of the employees on the unit. Such agreement will be secured by a secret ballot vote of the employees. Where two (2) part-time employees share a full-time position in a job sharing arrangement, the regular part-time employees in the job sharing arrangement will be entitled to one (1) vote. The vote must equal or exceed eighty percent (80%) of the employees on the unit who vote on a master rotation for the master rotation to be changed.
Master Rotations. (a) Proposed master rotations will be developed by the Manager jointly with the staff on the unit. Copies of the proposed master rotation being changed will be provided to the Bargaining Unit President prior to being presented to the Unit staff for voting.
Master Rotations. (a) The Bargaining Unit President and the Hospital Scheduling Committee will be provided with a copy of all current master rotations templates no later than March 31st in each year.
Master Rotations. The Employer shall establish master rotations for regularly scheduled Employees. Full-time and OTFT Part-time Employees guaranteed hours as per their letter of appointment shall be reflected on the master rotation. Float positions may or may not have a master rotation.
Master Rotations. Wherever possible, master rotations shall be used and each employee shall be assigned to a place on the master rotation schedule.
Master Rotations. (a) The Bargaining Unit President will be provided with a copy of current master rotations no later than the last Wednesday of January in each year.
Master Rotations. X-1 The Registered Nurses on any unit wishing to formulate and implement master schedules for full-time Nurses will select two (2) Nurses from their unit to sit on a Committee with a member of the Local Executive and an equal number of Hospital Representatives to develop a master rotation schedule to meet the needs of that particular unit, subject to all posting and scheduling requirements of the Collective Agreement
Master Rotations. Where the Regular part time Nurses on a unit have developed a master rotation which conforms to the Collective Agreement and with the staffing requirements established by the Hospital for the Unit, they may submit the schedules along with a request for implementation to the Hospital and Union. The Hospital will then discuss the request and proposed schedule with the Association at the Hospital Association Committee. If the parties agree to the proposed master rotation, - with or without amendments – a process for implementation, which may include a trial, will be developed and agreed to by the parties prior to implementation on the unit.
