Master Planning. The Owner may request the Design Professional to integrate the Project into a master plan for a campus or facility. While master planning is ordinarily done through a separate contract, where there is no master plan developed, the Design Professional may be requested to perform such services for the Owner.
Master Planning. The Landlord and Tenant have caused the Property to be master-planned within the Town for development as shown in Exhibit G. The Concept Site Plan shall be subject to modification from time to time by the Parties to address market demand, available financing and other similar factors, but, may only be amended upon the mutual written consent of the Parties, which consent may be withheld by either Party in its sole and absolute discretion.

Master Planning. The Department is currently short 400,000-square feet of readiness center space for the approximately 1,800 soldiers in the NHARNG, as well as over 27,000-acres of training land which requires complex master planning functions for the orderly development of the NHARNG. An example of some of the functions the Contractor will be expected to perform upon request include auditing and analysis of the databases of records which include Army Stationing Installation Planning (ASIP) and Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS); review and development of the Range Complex Master Plan (RCMP); oversight and review of the Real Property Development Plan (RPDP); assistance in preparing or editing other planning documents as required; and assistance or preparation of build-out analysis of current and potential future land acquisitions. The Contractor should be familiar with Federal and State planning regulations such as the National Guard Pamphlet (XX XXX) 415-10, and XX XXX 415-12.
Master Planning. The Architect may assist the Client in developing and preparing a long term Master Plan. All work associated with the Master Plan, including all preliminary design work, shall be considered an Additional Service.
Master Planning. The PROFESSIONAL shall be compensated as an additional service for developing a Master Plan showing how the Project will relate to the existing site context as well as any identified future projects contemplated at the site. Considerations shall include at a minimum, as applicable, the following: ▪ Access to public transit ▪ Areas available to Contractors during construction ▪ Building(s) placement and orientation ▪ Construction phasing ▪ Cycle parking ▪ Detention and retention facilities ▪ Future demolition ▪ Hardscape ▪ Natural and landscape areas ▪ Parking ▪ Phasing of future facilities ▪ Site pedestrian and bicycle circulation ▪ Site utilities expansion zones Building(s) expansion zones ▪ Site utilities ▪ Temporary access and features during construction ▪ Visitor, user, and service vehicular circulation ▪ Water features The PROFESSIONAL shall engage the necessary Consultants to address the listed considerations and shall document all Master Plan conclusions in a format and medium acceptable to the DEPARTMENT to serve a guide to the Final Design of the Project.
Master Planning. The Services shall include certain master planning activities and services as further described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein (“Master Planning Services”), which Master Planning Services shall be provided through Toledo Design Collective, which entity shall be an Authorized Subconsultant. The Board shall pay the Consultant the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($25,000.00) for the Master Planning Services plus Two Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($2,500.00) for coordination and administration of the Master Planning Services. The Consultant shall cause the Master Planning Services to be performed at appropriate intervals so as to allow the Consultant to complete all of the Services in the most timely and efficient manner. The cost of the Master Planning Services and coordination and administration fee shall be added to the Consulting Fee as set forth in the Agreement, but shall be paid by the Board to the Consultant within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice for the same, which invoice shall be delivered by the Consultant after completion and presentation of the final report for such master planning to the Board.
