Master Planning. The Owner may request the Design Professional to integrate the Project into a master plan for a campus or facility. While master planning is ordinarily done through a separate contract, where there is no master plan developed, the Design Professional may be requested to perform such services for the Owner.

Master Planning. The Landlord and Tenant have caused the Property to be master-planned within the Town for development as shown in Exhibit G. The Contractor should be familiar with Federal and State planning regulations such as the National Guard Pamphlet (XX XXX) 415-10, and XX XXX 415-12.

Master Planning. The Architect may assist the Client in developing and preparing a long term Master Plan. All work associated with the Master Plan, including all preliminary design work, shall be considered an Additional Service.

Master Planning. The Services shall include certain master planning activities and services as further described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein (“Master Planning Services”), which Master Planning Services shall be provided through Toledo Design Collective, which entity shall be an Authorized Subconsultant. The Board shall pay the Consultant the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($25,000.00) for the Master Planning Services plus Two Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($2,500.00) for coordination and administration of the Master Planning Services. The Consultant shall cause the Master Planning Services to be performed at appropriate intervals so as to allow the Consultant to complete all of the Services in the most timely and efficient manner. The cost of the Master Planning Services and coordination and administration fee shall be added to the Consulting Fee as set forth in the Agreement, but shall be paid by the Board to the Consultant within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice for the same, which invoice shall be delivered by the Consultant after completion and presentation of the final report for such master planning to the Board.
