Master Global Notes. The Issuer may, at its option, deliver from time to time to the Fiscal Agent a stock of Master Temporary Global Notes and Master Permanent Global Notes and/or, to the Registrar, a stock of Master Global Registered Notes.
Master Global Notes. Confirmation that master temporary and permanent global Notes duly executed by the Issuer have been delivered to the Fiscal Agent and that master global registered Note certificates duly executed by the Issuer have been delivered to the Registrar.
Master Global Notes. Confirmation that master Global Notes have been delivered to the relevant Clearing System.
Master Global Notes. The Issuer may, at its option, deliver from time to time to the relevant Registrar a Regulation S and/or a Rule 144A master Global Note.
