Master Facility and Ground Handling Agreement. Contemporaneous with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, Contractor and Continental shall enter into a Master Facility and Ground Handling Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Master Facility and Ground Handling Agreement. The parties agree that, in the event of a conflict between the provisions of Article VII hereof and the indemnification provisions of the Master Facility and Ground Handling Agreement, the latter shall control.
