Master Facilities Plan. The Parties acknowledge that IPS is in the process of preparing a strategic plan, which may include a facilities optimization study and portfolio planning process, regarding the best and most efficient use of its facilities (“Master Facilities Plan”), and that the Facilities will be included in the Master Facilities Plan. The Parties agree that, under the circumstances set forth in this Section 8.26 IPS has certain additional rights and obligations with respect to the Facilities as follows:
