Maryland. CANCELLATION OF THE AGREEMENT section is amended as follows: A ten percent (10%) penalty per month will be applied to refunds not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days of receipt of returned Agreement. INSURANCE section of this Agreement is amended as follows: In the event the Obligor fails to pay any authorized claim or make any refund or consideration due within sixty (60) days after proof of loss has been filed, You may file a direct claim with the insurance company indicated in the Insurance section of this Agreement.
