Marketing Services. The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

The Franchisor may, in its sole discretion, offer marketing and merchandising services to the Franchisee at rates that are competitive with those charged by third parties offering similar services. The Franchisee may utilize such services, if they are offered, at the Franchisee’s option.
