Marketing/Promotions. 5.1 The Company runs certain seasonal promotions related to its products, from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its unique terms and conditions that you ought to read carefully each time before you participate. If you do not agree with part of the whole of the terms of each Promotion, you are strongly advised not to participate.

Marketing/Promotions. The parties shall, respectively, promote and advertise the Program as generally set forth below but as more specifically provided in each Annual Marketing Plan, in addition to other obligations related to the Joint Management Committee:
Marketing/Promotions. During the Term, Co-Host and NAI will regularly discuss and implement mutually agreed upon jointly funded marketing promotions. NAI and Co-Host hereby agree that the marketing promotions set forth on Exhibit "D" hereto will be implemented as set forth on Exhibit "D".
Marketing/Promotions. Virgin and/or Bank (as applicable) will implement the following marketing promotions (which, in the case of the marketing promotions for which Virgin is responsible, shall be implemented by the Program Commencement Date unless otherwise specified below): Online: • Subject to the provisions of Section 2.1 (e), *****, Virgin will include the capabilities of real time prescreen on Virgin’s website, call center and at time of enrollment in the Elevate Rewards Program. • Virgin will offer “warm transfer” capability from the Elevate service center(s) as mutually agreed upon by the parties, which may include appropriate incentives for Virgin call center employees, in Virgin’s sole discretion. • Virgin will conduct email marketing campaigns for the Program at least ***** per marketable Member per Program Year. • Virgin shall ensure that, at all times during the Term, the Program is prominently placed, in each case consistent with then-current industry best practices for such channels: • On Virgin’s website, above the fold on the home page and payment page for on-line booking, with a link to a dedicated Program page describing Program benefits; • On the mobile optimized view of Virgin website, with a link to apply for an Account within the pages; • On Virgin’s social media platforms, with Program promotions and a link to apply for an Account will be included periodically.
Marketing/Promotions. Wireless will use its commercially reasonable efforts to promote the RCI call centres as a distribution channel for Wireless products and services. RCI and Wireless will cooperate and consult in establishing promotions for the RCI call centres. RCI will be entitled to cooperative advertising funding in accordance with Wireless’ standard policies in this regard.

Glasgow Square Theatre is not responsible for creating or distributing marketing materials for your event and does not have an obligation to assist with promotional efforts. When possible, Glasgow Square staff will include public events on our event listings, website, and social media platforms, although there is no guarantee that this will always occur. Glasgow Square’s marketing efforts must prioritize events that are produced in-house and for which Glasgow Square is assuming most or all of the risk. All marketing materials for public events must be approved by Glasgow Square Theatre management prior to distribution to ensure appropriateness and alignment with our values. Following the event, any posters or other marketing materials distributed in public spaces are to be removed promptly by the renter.

Marketing/Promotions. BONUSES. By accepting any bonus from Salma Markets, Customer accepts all applicable terms and conditions of the Bonus Policy as amended by Salma Markets from time to time in its sole discretion. All promotions, bonuses or special promotions that Salma Markets offers or will offer in the future are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions. All complimentary bonus money credited to Customer’s Account must be strictly used under the specific promotion's terms and conditions. At all times, Salma Markets reserves the right to retract or cancel any such promotion, bonus or special offer. If Salma Markets suspects that a Customer has abused or attempted to abuse a bonus or other promotion or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards Salma Markets, then Salma Markets reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny, with hold or withdraw the bonus or promotion from that Customer, to block temporarily or permanently the Customer’s access to the Services,or terminate Customer’s Account. A bonus may be credited only once per account, person, household and/or any environment where computers are shared.
Marketing/Promotions. Contractor shall work closely with the City to create a unified marketing and promotional program that increases community awareness of the Service and maximizes its success. The City will cooperate with Contractor in all respects and support Contractor’s team by providing useful local insights and leveraging existing marketing platforms to amplify the Service.
