Marketing and Promotional Materials. The Company shall provide existing promotional materials and technical consultation to Distributor for use by Distributor in the development of Distributor's own internal promotional and educational materials and not for publication or distribution to any person. Distributor shall be solely responsible for the costs of developing promotional and educational materials for Distributor's customers and end users, all of whcih shall be approved by the Company in writing prior to use.
