Market Intelligence. Any and all efforts to obtain, analyze and utilize market intelligence for decision-making purposes shall be the responsibility of Utility.
Market Intelligence. AMD will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep FASL informed of industry trends and competitive conditions that may affect the sale of Products in the AMD Territory, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide FASL with such information for regions in the Joint Territory to the extent AMD becomes aware of such trends or conditions.

Fujitsu will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep Spansion informed of industry trends and competitive conditions that may affect the sale of Products in the Fujitsu Territory, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Spansion with such information for regions in the Joint Territory to the extent Fujitsu becomes aware of such trends or conditions. * Confidential treatment has been requested pursuant to the Confidential Treatment Request dated October 21, 2005.
Market Intelligence. Contractee knows market conditions and has access through it's network and Contractee will monitor and react to sensitive market information on a timely basis and provide advice, counsel and proprietary intelligence (including but not limited to information on price and volume) to Contractor in a timely fashion. .Contractor understands that this information is available from other sources but acknowledges that Contractee can provide it in a more timely fashion and with substantial value-added interpretation of such information. The foregoing notwithstanding, no information will be provided to Contractor with respect to the activities of any other Contractee customer's accounts without such customer's prior consent.
Market Intelligence. The EMFAF shall support the development and dissemination of market intelligence for fishery and aquaculture products by the Commission in accordance with Article 42 of Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013. Market Intelligence. The contractor may assist the Agency in setting up (industry) surveys to answer specific questions, such as the expected dossier submission for REACH deadlines. Such surveys can be used to improve ECHA services, e.g. by analyses of the market. The task will require the contractor to conduct surveys on a large scale and compile and process the results.
