MARKET CONTRACTS. (1) In respect of transactions made subject to the rules of an exchange, trading system or clearing house, we shall (unless we notify you otherwise) have entered into a Market Contract (as defined below) in relation to each such transaction, except where otherwise permitted by the rules of the relevant exchange, trading system or clearing house.
